Designing and Building the ASA Half-Scale Rocket
ASA designed, constructed and successfully flew a half scale
version of the space-capable rocket in only 44 days. Everything from
in-flight video to real-time telemetry was integrated and flown aboard the
graphite composite rocket, while the four on-board computers provided
recovery control and data acquisition. Below are only a few images that
depict one of ASA's proudest moments to date.
